An introduction for the workshop

It is coming winter season.

How do you spend your daily life?

After quakes, our damaged Christchurch city is going well a little by little.

We need strong mind & healthy life under the terribly environment & the cold winter season.

Rumi & Noriko planed the workshop of the “Reiki & *Gokan-therapy”.

                               *Gokan means our five senses in Japanese.

Day & Time

When:  On 15/June Wed.

Time: From at 10am to 2pm ( Include Pot lunch time)

Time schedule

Reiki: at 10 - 11am

Gokan-Therapy: 11:10 - 12:10pm

The pot lunch time: 12:10 - 2:00pm

Fee is:

 For all day is $45/a person. (10% off)

Only Reiki is $25/a person. 

Only Gokan-Therapy is $25/a person.

What do we do?

10 - 11am    Noriko: The Reiki & the first chakra on the series "How to know of our goal?".

11:10 - 12:10pm     Rumi: Food thrapy of the Gokan Therapy.

 Let’s have the pot lunch with group mats .   12:10pm - 2pm

Gokan ( Five senses ) therapy will give a lot of awareness to you by using many therapies which are Art, Photo, Color, Aroma, Literature, Music and Food .

This time, we will do the food therapy. You will know your eating habits, and you will learn about the power of foods.

Near future Noriko will open the Hypnosis thrapy, also.
